Emily and Cullen chose to have their wedding and ceremony at PineCrest Country Club. They were originally planning on celebrating in August of 2020. But the pandemic forced them to alter their plans. They had a small backyard gathering with 25 family members and were married by the best man (who got his officiant license for their wedding). They postponed the larger celebration for August 2021.
Emily got ready in the bridal suite, she looked amazing in her dress by David's Bridal. The bridesmaid's looked beautiful in their royal blue dresses. Emily had a gorgeous bouquet from Gordon's florist.
The bride and groom selected Byers choice for their formal photos. They have beautiful formal gardens which can be reserved. Maria and I took most of the formal photos before the ceremony. This allowed the couple to mingle with their guests at cocktail hour. We had so much fun with the bridal party.
The ceremony to renew their vows was held on the deck overlooking the golf course surrounded by their families and friends. The best man officiated the ceremony. After the vow renewal, the guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
The reception started with DJ John keeping everyone dancing and having a good time. In addition to the traditional dances with the bride's father and groom's mother, the bride shared an emotional dance with her grandfather and uncles. It was great to see the aunts, uncles and cousins being able to enjoy time together as a family.
We were able to take some beautiful sunset shots on the rolling hills of the golf course. The bride and groom cake from Ann's Cake Pan was beautifully decorated with flowers to match the girls bouquets.
We wish Emily and Cullen many years of happiness!
