Maria's recipe was created after good friends brought a loaf of Cinnamon Babka to dinner one night. It was a delicous loaf of gourmet bread but a little heavy on cinnamon. After a little reaseach and combining of several recipes the master recipe was created. The bread can be descibed as light, airy and moist with the perfect amount of cinnamon walnut filling swirled throughout the bread. With proper swirling the filing goes from end to end so every piece contains the yummy gooeyness. Thanks to Ken and Jen for inspiring a new favorite!
