After being required to move their wedding from March to July due to Covid restrictions, in June it was apparent that more adjustments were needed. Kristen and Andy decided to keep the July date but change to a backyard wedding. The bride and groom modified their event to include their immediate family. The ceremony was under a nicely decorated tent. The bride's brother did a great job and officiated the ceremony making it all the more special for the couple. After family formals the guests enjoyed dinner. The Sticky Pig food truck was on site to provide a great selection of food offerings. The wedding cake was an ice cream cake which is the bride's favorite. The bride and groom ended the photos with some fun shots of them jumping into the pool to cool off. The was definitely one of the perks of having your event at a private residence. They look forward to celebrating with family and friends later when it is safe to do so.
As much as we enjoy the larger celebrations we normally photograph, these smaller events have been a lot of fun. We are excited to help the couples have wonderful memories of their day even if plans had to be altered.
We wish Kristen and Andy many years of happiness!
